Tribhuvan University, The office of the controller of the examination has finally published the much-awaited BA first year exam form notice of its 3 years BA program.
The Office of the Controller of Examination has published this notice for all the partial students and private partial students who have enrolled in this program.
Can I Submit The Form?
If you are a student of a 3-year BA program (now 4 years) with one or more back papers, you can submit the exam form. The only criterion is that you should not be admitted before 2072 for that course. It means that all students with back papers of BA first year admitted after 2072 and appeared in the examination in 2073 can submit this partial exam form as a last chance.
Eligibility:
- Failed one or more subjects in 3 years BA program
- Can be from partial or private partial
- Admitted for the course in 2072
- Appeared in the examination for the first time in 2073

The following are the details regarding the exam form open date, deadline, and extended deadline.

How To Submit BA First Year Exam Form?
The BA first year exam form can be submitted by contacting the respective colleges or campus. But if you have enrolled in the course under the private program, you must visit the respective regional offices for the submission of the exam form.
Remember that,
- The form must be obtained, filled out, and submitted by the respective students to the respective campus or office.
- It will be the last chance to appear if you are a student admitted in the 2072 batch.
- All students are required to also submit the previous exam roll number (which is available in the mark sheet or admit card)
- Must have passport-size photos (2 copies), it is safe to keep a copy of the same photo as the copy of the admit card will not be provided in case you lost it later.
BA First Year Exam Form Fee
The exam form fee varies depending upon the subjects and the practical exams related to the papers. The following is the list of the examination fees for the submission of the BA first year exam form.
BA First Year Deadline 2024
The deadline for the submission of the BA first year partial exam form is Chaitra 12, 2080 (March 25, 2024). However, if you missed that chance, you can still fill out and submit the examination form with an additional fee equal to the normal fee (double fee) within one week of the expiry of the deadline. The extended deadline for the submission of the BA first year partial exam form with the double is Chaitra 19, 2080 (April 1, 2024).
