National Examination Board, The Office Of The Controller Of Examination has published NEB Grade 12 Exam Routine for 2078. According to this notice, NEB grade 12 exam will start from September 15, 2021 (30th Bhadra, 2078 in BS).
Previously, this examination was scheduled to be held from the 26th of Jestha, 2078 and rescheduled to be held from 31st Bhadra 2078. And it was affected by the pandemic and postponed by the decision of Government of Nepal until the situation gets controlled. Now, Government of Nepal and CCMC has suggested to conduct the examination of NEB grade 12 by strictly following health safety and precaution measurements. Therefore, NEB has decided to conduct the NEB grade 12 exam by following health and safety measurement.
Details of NEB Grade 12 Exam Routine
According to the notice, this exam will be held by the respective colleges. That means, NEB will not decide exam center and exam will be conducted by respective colleges in home center. The reason behind such examination arrangement is the currently spreading 2nd phase of COVID-19 pandemic.
NEB Grade 12 Exam Date
According to notice for NEB Class 12 exam routine, the exam will start from 15th September, 2021 (30th Bhadra, 2078).
Examination Time
The time for NEB Grade 12 Exam is 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. This time will be different (less) for subjects with practical marks.
Exam Center
Exam centre is Home center. NEB grade 12 examination will be held by the respective schools as mentioned in the NEB grade 12 exam routine notice.

Important Notes About NEB Grade 12 Exam
- There will no re-examination facility for the students who fails to present in the examination as specified in the NEB grade 12 exam routine 2078.
- The examination will be held as per the schedule even at emergency holiday unless a prior notice by NEB.
- Students themselves have to manage or bring additional necessary tools such as graph paper, chart, journal voucher, log table, etc.
- There will be separate answer sheet for Botany and Zoology for Biology students. And each paper is allocated the equal time.
- And NEB has not made any provision for change in exam center and school for all students. And change will result cancellation of exam.
